On Thursday, Douglas County announced it was upgrading the system it uses to track board meetings.

“Douglas County is currently contracting with Granicus for meeting management software for public meetings and has upgraded its Peak platform to improve current management of board meetings with newer software. and more modern, ”officials said. “Peak allows for county-level customization and is more user-friendly than IQM2. The upgrade will benefit the public with a more user-friendly way to access support material for public meetings. “

The county also added a council and commission platform to streamline the management of the various advisory councils.

The module enables management and monitoring of advisory boards and members through an automated dashboard to track appointments, generate reports and accept applications online.
